INTRODUCTION
MIDO started Smoked Salmon processing in 1988, with a
main mission to process and distribute high quality
Smoked Salmon products in Egypt and export to North
Africa & the Middle East.
Our objective is to import superior fresh
Norwegian/Scotch Salar Salmon on a weekly basis to
Cairo, Egypt. We process it in our facility, that is
equipped with the latest smoking, cooling, and packaging
equipments. And then, we enrich the market with the
highest quality of Hand Sliced Smoked Salmon.
Through exportation we have learned to meet our customer
needs and specifications whether in the sea salt
percentage, smoke density, or in the weight and
thickness of each slice.
Through our highly trained labor and our dedication,
our products are making an exquisite mark as the finest
delicacy in five stars hotels, restaurants,
supermarkets, international airline companies, and
