The Coffee training center is designed to increase the level of awareness and professionalism of all people working in the coffee business, owner, bar tenders, F&B managers, restaurant manager…etc. Because Egypt is a Tea culture we seek to upgrade the knowledge towards coffee by a series of coffee preparation courses.
We were pioneers in targeting the espresso market in Egypt and we still are the leaders in this market and we intend to stay as leaders by rooting the coffee culture I Egypt.
The coffee training center is taking another step being a licensee of the University of Coffee in Italy. The UDC is an affiliate to illy café where MIDO is its sole distributor in Egypt.
