The highly quality and unique flavour of MIDO's Smoked Salmon, has been achived through the last 19 years by the special selection of fresh Norwegian/ Scotch Salar Salmon taken to our processing plant where it is filleted and prepared for curing, smoking slicing and packaging.
The selection of fresh Norwegian/Scotch Solar Salmon is based on particular specifications made by MIDO, covering the color, size and fat contents for each piece of Salmon.
